***DAIRY MILK CARAMEL*** Dairy Milk Caramel is made by Cadbury and has been around for a long time. I remember this bar just being called Cadbury Caramel and I remember during the 1980's/1990's the small adverts on TV with the Cadbury Caramel Bunny. Cadbury Caramel was launched in 1976 and was renamed in 2003 as Dairy Milk Caramel. It's only recently that the Caramel Bunny has returned being advertised on posters. The wrapper was also quite different to the wrapper on the standard Dairy Milk Caramel bars now. These bars are available to buy from most supermarkets and local shops for approx 56p. ***PACKAGING*** This bar comes in a smooth ... Read the complete review

My review of Cadbury's Dairy Milk Caramel Bar ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Introduction ~~~~~~~~ The famous Cadbury chocolate and confectionary making company of Birmingham, UK needs little introduction - production at the legendary Bournville factory began in 1879 (though Cadbury products existed as early as the late 1820's!!). Generations have kids have grown up with the word Cadbury on their lips, and I'm sure generations of dentists has done well out of the related tooth decay -lol!! But if you don't over indulge chocolate can be a wonderful treat for kids and an excellent little pick-me-up for adults as ... Read the complete review

Dairy Milk Caramel is one of the many ranges of chocolate bars that the mainstream Cadbury's chocolate geniuses have produced in order to excpand their products. It takes their basic chocolate bar, as in regular Cadbury's milk chocolate, and instead of it being choc all the way through, the centre is caramel. For a start, the packaging is very welcoming, with the soft and inviting yellow colour, with the Cadbury's swirly writing forming the word Caramel as opposed to Cadbury's in big writing on the front of the yellow strip. Advertising was also very effective on TV, with a humanoid rabbit almost being worryingly sensual with a bar of this stuff, with other ... Read the complete review

The Caramel variety of Cadbury's Dairy Milk bar has to be one of my favourite chocolate bars ever! I love Cadbury's, so that's quite a statement indeed! I'm a lover of caramel, and the caramel in these bars is without a doubt the creamiest I've ever tasted. It goes in perfect harmony with the rest of the bar (consisting entirely of chocolate), making this a sweet mix that any chocolate lover can enjoy. That said, it probably isn't entirely free from claims that it's too sickly and saccharine, for the caramel does comprise a large part of the bar, and for some, surely too much. Still, for me, who prefers caramel to actual chocolate, this is an absolute dream ... Read the complete review

I spotted these in the shop the other day at the same time I got the Fruit & Nut Bars and got them for my partner. Each bar weighs around 25/26g so is an ideal size to pop into a lunchbox or to have on a break. But then you look closer at the nutritional information, more of which later...... The outer packaging of the multipack is purple, white & red with the famous Cadbury Daily Milk Caramel logo across the front. There's a big "4 Pack" at the top right hand corner. On the back there's the usual ingredient, nutritional information and all the rest of the usual bumpf you'd expect to see along with the Cadbury website address:- ... Read the complete review
