... there is a mild scent of milk chocolate, but nothing too powerful. The little chunks look delicious with their pale brown shade. Though you cannot yet see any of the contents. When you bite into the chocolate it is quite tough, and takes a while to soften and melt too. Though it is not the sweet flavour of the chocolate that I adore - it's the chewy sensation from the nuts and raisins found inside. When the tastes are combined, it is a phenomenal chocolate! And since each chunk has just 55 calories, what's to lose?...more

Premium Review Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut: Does not work (225 words)

Usually I like my chocolate bars to be of the milk chocolate variety and to not have anything in it, I'm not really interested in all these new varieties with bits of crunchie or biscuit in them, they are ok for a change but not as a regular purchase. Cadbury fruit and nut also falls into the latter category for me, it does have the benefit of tasty Cadbury dairy milk chocolate however I find that the combination of nuts and sultanas does not really work for me, in part this is because I'm not a great fan of nuts anyway, I can eat them but just do not enjoy the taste that much compared with other things. The chocolate itself is quite sweet although ...

I really love chocolate, and writing this review is making want to eat some now! I usually buy the smaller bars of this chocolate, not the large one pictured. They cost around 47p from my local shop although can be as expensive as 70p at trainstations and airports. Its very tasty, usual cadburys chocolate taste, which is quite rich and filling. Plus hazelnuts, and raisins placed randomly throughout the chocolate. Its foil wrapped, and has easy to tear ends so you can get your chocolate fix quickly. Theres nothing more annoying than not being able to get to your favourite chocolate bar! I think that the big bars are just too much in one go, so you ...
