... it isn't very filling. Also, it is very expensive, costing 2.49 for 4! This is terrible as you can get 4 Cornetto's for around 1.29 in most stores, and they are much better. Overall, a great promise that fails to deliver. The ice cream is too sweet and is very disappointing as it contains no fudge. The price is expensive and it doesn't fill you up. Cadbury's usual quality continues but if you want a really nice ice cream experience, go and buy a Cornetto....more

Premium Review Cadbury Dairy Milk Fudge Cone: ice colf fudge (215 words)

This has to be my favorite ice cream of all time. These are 4 for £1 in farmfoods. once again the chocolate contained in this ice cream tastes great as it is cadburys. The cornet doesnt go soggy when your ice cream begins to melt, you have got chocolate in the bottom of the cone, a long, thin piece of fudge running all the way up fron the bottom of the cone to the top which has a lovely creamy tasting ice cream all around it and then when you get to the top you have got a toffee sauce running through the top piece of ice cream and lots of little fudge pieces sprinkled on top. For any one who loves fudge or toffee this ice cream ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Doesn't deliver! (412 words)

Fudge is a classic, around for years and at a price that everyone can afford. This has put it into the hearts of thousands, so expanding the Fudge brand can only be a good thing. However, the ice cream is very disappointing. It has lovely ice cream of very high quality, and a nice smell but at a high price and it doesn't even contain any real fudge! The packaging of the product is very easy to read and recognise, using the existing Fudge branding. The product is always fresh but the box is very thin so the product can be squashed if you misplay it in some way. Then, when you get to the individual products, it is similar to Cornetto's. It is very thin so ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Cadbury Dairy Milk Fudge Cone: Cadbury's Mr Whippy With Fudge (500 words)

The sound of these caught my eye; ice cream and fudge, when it's warm weather, sounds delicious! Although I do like these, I can't help but feel slightly disappointed by the lack of fudgey goodness that was promised on the box. Chocolate Fudge Cones are produced by Cadbury's and are sold in boxes of 4, found in the freezer isle by other boxed ice-creams. A box will cost you around £2.49, though Tesco are currently offering them at half price (July 09). Considering these remind me of a 99 whippy, £2.49 is a good price for 4, though I wouldn't buy in future these unless they are on offer. The box is mainly purple, with a large orange swirl and an ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Fudge? Where's the fudge? (540 words)
by - written on 01/07/08 (Very useful, 101 readings)

It's a very hot day today so to cool myself down I decided to try a Cadbury's ice cream, I was visiting my daughter and she always has a big selection of ice creams in her freezer so after much deliberation I chose a Chocolate Fudge Cone because it appeals to me more than the other flavours she has. This ice cream is just like a Cornetto but is swirly on the top instead of flat, meaning the ice cream needs a kind of little plastic hat attached to the paper which wraps around the cone. It puts me in mind more of a real whippy cone rather than the compacted ice cream that I have come to expect from Cornetto's. The ice cream is patches of chocolate ...  Read the complete review
