Cadbury Caramel Bar

I know that it is hardly the time of year to be eating ice cream but with the heating on full blast it is positively tropical in our house and as such with the curtains firmly drawn I'm able to prance around in my undies eating ice cream if I want to. Now I'm a big lover of the chocolate bar by the same name so I was pleased to see that there is an ice cream version also available so I thought I would give it a try.
