The texture of the actual ice cream is very thin and soft but the caramel and thick chocolate chunks do make of for this. There's a lovely thick chocolatey smell that comes off this too. I had some of this Cadbury Dairy Milk with Caramel ice cream the other day and oh my goodness it was good. The actual ice cream is very aerated and cheap in texture but in taste, it really is exactly what you would expect Dairy Milk in ice cream form to taste like. The chocolate chunks that are in large quantities throughout this ice cream are real Dairy Milk chunks.
