I absolutely adore Christmas, possibly even more so now I am a mum and I can get excited for Harry as well! I put my Christmas up as soon as it turns December the first and I love putting loads of baubles on, as many as I can squeeze on in fact! When I was younger, I remember my mum always used to buy us some Cadburys Chocolate decorations, which we were allowed as a treat occasionally. I was shopping in Sainsburys the other day and saw a packet of the very same decorations, so I couldn't resist getting some for Harry's tree! Cadburys are well known for their delicious chocolate, in particular their signature bar which is Dairy Milk. These Cadbury Tree ... Read the complete review

I love putting chocolate christmas decorations on the tree and taking them off every now and again over the festive season for a treat. We took our tree down today and it was lovely using up the few that were left - made a sad task so much happier! Over the years we have tried all sorts of decorations. I do like these Magic of Christmas tree decorations from Cadburys, mainly because it is Cadburys chocolate. Although in my opinion Cadbury's chocolate is not as delicious as some people make out and I do not particularly like to have a bar of dairy milk, when it comes to Christmas tree decorations, there are some seriously disgusting chocolates out there so something ... I don't usually put chocolates on my Christmas tree because the temptation for my three greedy cats is too great, but this afternoon my sisters were coming round with their numerous grandchildren and my own three granddaughters' would be there too so I decided to buy some chocolates for them to take off the tree after their dinner. In Wilkinsons the only tree chocolates they had were these Cadbury ones, which were reasonably priced at £1.99 for ten chunky chocolates and looked lovely so I bought two packets for the children to share. When I got them home and took them out of the sturdy packaging I realised I was going to have problems because the ... Read the complete review

---Introduction--- Reading mummy2harry's review on Cadbury's chocolate tree decorations I started thinking about decorating the Christmas tree as a child, and the memories can flooding back. Unlike lots of people, as a family we didn't put our decorations up until near to Christmas, either the weekend before, but sometimes as late as Christmas Eve. Although there were a number of reasons for this (perhaps instilling in me as a child that good things come to those who wait) the main reason was that we always had a proper tree and didn't want it to die before the day! Anyway, back to the mid 1980s and the tree is up - all 9 feet of it (the ... Read the complete review

Christmas comes but once a year, but in my daughters case Cadbury tree decorations have come twice! She loves Christmas, the children are excited and its a magical time. The tree is always the focal point, she loves to decorate it to the hilt, usually searching the local hardware and discount stores for new and inexpensive `baubles`. Whereas my tree goes up in five minutes flat my daughters is a labour of love. But now her son is 17 months old the tree is more labour than love! Ten delicate Cadbury chocolate tree decorations wrapped in festive silver paper will cost you about £1.99. Not bad, that is about 20 pence a decoration. They are ... Read the complete review
