... packs with small mini eggs, which are just as tasty. Each egg comes wrapped in a foil covering which is blue, yellow and red in color, each egg contains 170 cals, The egg itself is thick cadburys chocolate and inside it has a yellow and white gooey filling. A single egg retails at around 59p, In my local poundland you can buy 3 for £1.00. These eggs are high in calories but are really yummy, I can eat one after the other, Although I do start to feel sick when I get to egg number 5. Like most areas these eggs only see...more

Cadbury Creme Egg: Fondant delight (330 words)

Well it's that time of year again when the shelves fill up with all the Easter goodies, and one in particular I look forward too is Cadbury's Crème Egg. This smaller than egg sized confection comes in at around 45p but you can buy 3 packs for £1 if you shop around, so the value is there if you look for it. It is certainly not the largest confection you are liable to purchase but it may well be the sweetest. Once removed from it's nicely decorated foil packaging the Crème Egg doesn't really look that impressive, being a brown egg shaped lump of chocolate with a little stripped pattern down its length. The narrowest end is the end where the chocolate ...  Read the complete review

It must be Easter soon (356 words)

Well its nearly Easter again and the Creme Eggs are back in all the shops. I saw my first one just after new year this year so i really don't know why they don't sell them all year round because people love them so much. A creme egg is an egg shaped chocolate treat that is filled with a lovely sweet fondant. It is clever because the egg 'shell' is made out of lovely Cadburys chocolate and the fondant inside is white with a yellow yolk just like a real egg. The chocolate is thick and the same as Cadburys Dairy Milk. It is a rich and sweet milk chocolate that melts very nicely in my mouth, i think the chocolate on Creme Eggs is very smooth but that is ...  Read the complete review

Cadbury Creme Egg: The best egg in the world (296 words)

Cadburys cream eggs used to be a chocolate treat only associated with easter but now they never seem to leave our shelves from one easter to the next. The egg concists of an outer layer of thick cadburys chocolate that if it has been stored in the fridge takes quite a bite to break through, once you have broken through the chocolate exterior then comes the special bit, the internal part of the egg has a fondent in which is white in colour with a little piece of yellow to make it resemble an egg but it tastes nothing like an egg thankfully, it is very sweet sugar tasting that is absolutley delicious. I dont think you will find any two people who eat there egg ...  Read the complete review

Once Chistmas is just over, no matter if Easter is early or late, the supermarkets, garages, newsagents & sweet shops will have their stocks of Cadbury's Creme Eggs straight on to the shelves. Some people find things like this annoying (also when the selection boxes appear on the shelves before the summer's even over!) and get upset, but not me! I love these things! Tasty little chocolate eggs, about the size of a normal egg, with a white and yellow (to resembe a normal boiled egg centre) fondant filling. The continual question that's asked is 'How do you eat yours?', and some people bite off the top and then lick out the filling, others nibble ...  Read the complete review

Cadbury Creme Egg: Its only once a year (233 words)
by - written on 07/01/08 (Useful, 60 readings)
Rating:

The ultimate in easter treats the cadburys cream egg is a delectible mix of their acclaimed milk chocalate and a gooey mixture of god knows what but its definately nice. When you purchase your cream egg you get a small product the size and shape of a real egg, so pretty small when you think about the size of mars and other chocolate bars. Wrapped in a small colourful tin foil wrapper the carburys cream egg isnt exactly what youd call value for money at 40p generally and at other places including my college 60p!!! I mean come on cadburys your just milking another religous festival unless the gooey centre realy does cost extortionate amounts of money to ...  Read the complete review
