Chocolate, can there be any finer treat on gods’ earth than this delicious melting substance? I personally do not think so, which is why I eat the delectable brown sweet at every opportunity. And so it was that I found my self in my local branch of Co-Op perusing the chocolate shelf and waiting for that one special bar to leap up and say “buy me”, as it so happens they all did that so I elected to buy an old tried and tested favourite, the Cadbury Fruit & Nut bar. Part of my selection process was also steered by the fact that the Fruit & Nut bar currently has 50% extra free, so the thought of more chocolate for my money was the deciding factor as I paid the nice ... As I sit here writing this I am eating a bar of Cadbury's Fruit and Nut. I always enjoy a bar of fruit and nut as you always know what you're going to get when you open it. Each bar always has the same high quality Cadbury's chocolate with that added benefit of raisins and almonds. That is another thing that is so good about Cadbury's Fruit and Nut, i hate peanuts but most nut type chocolate bars contain them. Cadbury's have opted to use a different nut, a less over-powering nut, in the form of almonds. The packaging of Fruit and Nut is purple and red with the classic white milk line running through the middle towards the Cadbury's logo. The bars come in a ... Read the complete review

I am a huge fan orf cadburys dairy milk. I feel like the cadburys brand can do no wrong and create a bit of magic with everything they try. Unfortunately Cadburys fruit and nut is the least favorite of all my cadburys products. That does not mean it is not good, just that I feel like the others are so good that it takes some beating! Cadburys fruit and nut is a long standing memeber of the cadburys family and comes in a variety of sized bars. The packing is the traditional cadburys colour, purple, with the cadburys logo on the front and the words fruit and nut written on it, with some pictures of what it contains. The packaging is foil type, so ... Read the complete review

I go weak at the knees when it comes to Cadbury's chocolate but this bar is an exception. In my opinion Cadburys have ruined a perfectly good piece of chocolate when they add raisins to it. The nuts are fine but raisins! Yuk! What is it? Another one of Cadbury's Dairy Milk range that is a firm favourite with my mum. Basically it's a bar of milky Cadburys with hazelnuts and raisins dotted around. The smell. I love opening a bar of Cadburys because it has a really distinct smell to it. You just can't mistake the scent as it creeps out of the wrapper which I think is one of the joys of eating any kind of Cadburys chocolate. You can tell it's ... Read the complete review

For many years I did not eat chocolate at all, but recently I have started to eat little bits now and again...nothing like the six bars a day I used to gorge on! Cadbury's is by far the best chocolate for me as I like the milky creamy taste of it. They now have it with many different additions, such as caramel, turkish delight or just whole nuts, but for me the fruit and nut chocolate bar is the real classic. Recently, when I was in Tescos I decided to try their own bar of fruit and nut as their chocolate is ok and half the price of Cadburys. It tasted ok, but I was amazed at the imbalance of nuts and fruit and how if you had too much of ... Read the complete review
