Advantages: Very more-ish and have that distinctive Cadbury's milk chocolate taste

Disadvantages: Can easily melt - make sure you store them in the fridge

Introduction: I haven't tried Cadbury's buttons for years so I thought I would find out what I have been missing with a small packet of Cadbury's Giant Buttons (40 g).

Packaging: The buttons are contained in a well designed purple foil packet. The packaging is perforated at either end of the packet and is easy to tear open without spilling the buttons on the floor!

Content and description: There are a reasonable number of buttons in the packet (approximately 20) which is enough to give a much needed chocolate hit. The giant buttons are circular in shape, and have a diameter of 2cm.

Taste: They are very more-ish and have that distinctive Cadbury's milk chocolate taste. They are also quite thin and easier to chew than a standard cadbury's dairy milk bar for example. They are also small enough to melt in your mouth if you want a longer lasting chocolate hit.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. This is the type of product where the chocolate would readily melt in sunlight or warm temperatures, given the fairly small surface area of the chocolate. Particularly as it is Summer, I would strongly recommend storing the buttons in the fridge to get the best flavour.

Overall: Cadbury's Buttons are as good as I remember, and I am now wondering why I stopped buying them in the first place.
