I am a huge fan of cadburys confectionary products, in my opinion nothing else even comes close. They are the market leader in most brands that they try. Cadburys dairy milk has a fantastic taste and anything that incorperates that seems to taste great. When I saw they had something that would have the signature Cadbury's taste, yet I could palm it off as having been my own homebaked recipe, I thought what a brilliant idea! I love baking, but I have never made successful brownies, I just cant seem to get it quite right. My husband loves chocolate brownies (& has managed to convert me, even though I don't usually like 'chocolatey' things, other than 'chocolate' itself!). Nowadays we tend to keep a box of brownie mix in the cupboard - it's so easy to whip up a batch as & when you fancy them that way, & there are some very good cake mixes to buy rather than making your own from scratch. We've tried a few different brands of brownie cake mix, but we have come to the conclusion that the Cadbury Chunky Chocolate Brownie Mix is our preferred choice. I always like the idea of baking, in fact if it wasn't for the mess I seem to create every time I bake I'm sure I'd do it more often. Oh and there's also the small issue of things not turning out exactly as they're meant to. However when I was at the supermarket last week I had a real craving for home made chocolate brownies but rather than risking the cost and the mess of making them from scratch I decided to opt for a chocolate brownies kit.
