Cadburys has expanded the range of products and now has a foothold in the cake market, with Cadburys Mint Crisp bar. They are sold in packs of 5, similar shape boxes to other cake brands that are on the market. Each cake is individually wrapped in the distincitve Cadbury coloured wrapped, the purple, with green writing, which I'm guessing is another marketing ploy to promote the mint. the cakes are in packs of 5, in a cardboard tray, and these are wrapped in the cadburys colours, again with the mint writing. Once you open the outer package the mint smell hits you, its not over-powering, a sweet smell. The bars themselves are rectangular ... Read the complete review

I am a huge fan of cadburys products. Anything which has that dairy milk flavour is a winner in my opinion. I love the traditional products, but when I saw these new cake bites out I just had to try them. The cake bits I bought were in a christmassy tub, as it was around that time of year, but you can get them in normal packaging at normal times of year too. They come in a plastic tub with a peel off lid that is resealable. I am not sure if the packaging is recyclable or not but the good thing is the plastic tub is reuseable. The plastic tub is decorated in traditional Cadburys colours, bright purple with posh swirly writing, with the name of the ... Read the complete review

I'm not the biggest cake fan, but I like little cakes like these. I think Cadbury's Cakes are lovely and I like Mint as well, so why not. These normally costs around £1.60 for a pack of 5, but most of the Cadbury's cake range is on offer at Asda for £1, so I bought a few different ones as I like a bargain. The cake bars sit in a cardboard case thing and are individually wrapped. The whole thing is wrapped in a bright outer wrapper which is the Cadbury's purple colour and lots of green writing, probably to symbolise the Mint. The cakes are rectangular shaped and would be gone in probably 4 average sized bites. They are just cake consistency, covered ... Read the complete review

Well, it's that time of year again, you know the time that once past your late twenties you start refusing to acknowledge, yes it was my 31st birthday on the 10th. Now one of the rules that are in place in my workplace is the cake rule, this being that when it is your birthday you have to bring cakes in for your work colleagues, and yes I think it's a shit rule too! The cakes that I purchased are obviously subject to a review! The cakes that I will now review is - "Cadbury cake bars, mint crisp" These are a relatively new product to me, I don't tend to buy things like this for the simple reason that they get eaten far ...
