I am a huge fan of Cadburys confectionary products. I think they are the market leading brand in everything they do. The traditional products are my favorite, and that includes Roses, as they are nearly 100 years old now! Roses seems to be the default gift, when you are going to someone elses house for dinner or for a leaving or thankyou present so it was nice to see an alternative on the market also. Cadburys luxury Roses are designed to be a more upmarket version of the regular box of Roses that everyone knows and loves. The box is a completely different shape. It is short and rectangular. It's that time again, when an old contract job is nearing the end and pupils, staff and other work colleagues come walking in towards my department with a few gifties, pressies and cards. It seems a pity that whilst I'm no stranger to accepting gifts, I'm just not in the mood for chocolate even though I'm a massive fan of the stuff and will readily jump in line pushing Dawn French out of the way when chocolate injections are boosted by the NHS. I received a box of these a while ago as a gift they are packed in an attractive box and are perfect for a little thank you gift but not for me . This luxury pack of roses chocolates were introduced by Cadbury in 2004 . I guess they wanted to update and try and get people attracted by a new edition of the roses chocolate. I noticed a nut warning on the pack so not suitable for those with a nut allergy. Anyway sit down and enjoy these chocolates with me.
