I love nothing more than a bar of chocolate, on a health kick or not! Today coming out of the gym I felt in a really naughty mood so decided to treat myself to a bar of chocolate in my local Sainsbury's on the way home! This was one I've actually never tried before and that's why I ended up buying it!

The Packaging....

Bright yellow long plastic wrapper with purple writing on it telling me it is Cadbury's Starbar which has peanuts and Caramel in it. On the back of the wrapper ingredients and allergy advice is given as is nutritional information, contact details for Cadbury's are listed and finally the recycle symbol, size (53g) the Vegetarian symbol and bar-code are shown. It's a nice enough, easy to tear open wrapper and it's informative enough.

The Chocolate....

I don't know why the thought of eating this choccy bar didn't fill me with glee but I simply loved it! When you rip open the wrapper you are met with a rather large bar of milk chocolate that is smooth but rippled slightly to the top of it.

So bite into it your are met with a delicious amount of nicely sweet and creamy chocolate and then a crunchy peanut bar really. The nuts taste roasted, sweet and are in little pieces rather than whole nuts and then you get a really decent amount of very moist, slightly chewy caramel that is stretchy but not messy to eat. Alot of people who who have written reviews on this bar of chocolate describe it as a peanut butter tasting bar. To me it isn't that though. It really is a mixture taste wise of peanuts and caramel, as separate flavours until you chew with a mix of cereal products.

This is a superb and filling bar of chocolate that is robust to handle, doesn't melt too quick at all where it shouldn't but melts in the mouth beautifully! Lovely!
