I've always liked Cadbury as a chocolate brand, and am particularly found of one of their bars that's been around for a while now, but still seems to be as popular as ever. How can I verify this..............well since I'm a vending supervisor and am responsible for 87 machines I think I can judge by my sales whether or not a product is popular or not. Twirl is by no means the most popular bar but in my job it certainly rates as one of the top five along with Mars bars and Kit Kats. The blue packaging with the bold yellow Twirl logo printed across it's front, is perhaps not the most impressive wrapping I've came across, but it is eye-catching in it's own ...

I bought a Cadbury's Twirl, for old times sake last night simply because I hadn't had one in years and I wanted to see if they tasted as good as I remembered! I'm quite a chocolate snob and usually favour a bar of something with 80% cocoa solids, but when I have a hankering for a bar of something sweet, a nice Cadbury's Twirl does the trick. Some say that Cadbury's chocolate should actually be labeled a 'chocolate-flavoured confectionery product' because of the low amount of cocoa solids, but that would be a shame. Cadburys make nice bar of chocolate, possibly a bit sweet but it's smooth and lacks the graininess that some other cheaper chocolates have. The Twirl is a masterpiece. It was launched in 1987 and has been a high seller for Cadburys ever since. You pays your 50p and in return get two 12cm ...
