Advantages: Tasty

Disadvantages: lacks the bite

Everyone on here at the moment is writing reviews for this product, so I thought I had better put my big fat oar in and tell you what I think. So I went to my local high street last Sunday and whilst browsing in Superdrug I picked one up for a rather hefty 59p.

Wispa has been brought back from the dead recently after a massive and pointless student campaign via twitter and facebook (don't these guys have better things to do?). Its a classic product in its own right, so who thought it would be a good idea to add caramel into the mix as well?

Here it comes presented in a gold wrapper to make things look a little special. So what does it taste like? Well its like a normal Wispa but with caramel inside. I did find the caramel a little irritating as the cararmel went all over my face and clothes after the first bite. It tastes pretty good, but lacks the 'bite' of the normal Wispa.

I can't see the new Wispa lasting very long - rather like the dark Kit Kats. The original Wispa is very tasty - so why mess with the classics?
