Cadbury Selection Biscuits

Last week I took my 24 year old daughter shopping with me, always a mistake; I end up spending more money and have less to show for it. Admittedly we are both chocoholics and we saw Asda had an offer on Cadbury Selection Biscuits, each box was reduced to £2, so we thought why not. I wish we hadn't. Having nipped into Tesco at the weekend for some milk, a tin of Cadbury Collection biscuits forced itself upon me, accompanied me home and set about making me fatter than ever. I was easily persuaded as the 400g tin had suffered more than one price reduction and was now priced at £2.99. Still expensive, I hear you say, but they are Cadbury's. I was in my favourite food store (well it’s really my most convenient one) I was ambling along between the aisles not in a hurry as I had time to spare before my husband came to collect me. As I perused the biscuit shelves my mind turned to buying some extra chocolate biscuits for Christmas.
