Advantages: tastes great

Disadvantages: expensive

Just when you thought you'd seen everything, those clever chaps at Cadbury have come up with what looks like a packet of chocolate covered Pringles. At just 117g a packet, these light little treats are made up of curved chocolate with bits of rice crispies inside. They come in a plastic tray, with three tiers of curves in it.

They taste gorgeous - the thin texture shatters in your mouth, and the nobbly bits of rice crispie give so much surface area, that you're getting a chocolate infusion in your mouth. The chocolate is so thin it immediately begins to melt (unlike normal bars), and leaves you with a melted chocolate fountain inside your mouth, with bits of crunchy rice krispie - mmm. The mint flavour is not overly strong, and just adds a refreshing zing to the taste, which is perfect in this situation.

They're not cheap - at least £1.50 a box, and the box doesn't last long because they melt and disappear so quickly. The cost and little amount you get makes them not cost effective, but for absolute eating pleasure, they're much nicer than a normal bar of choccy.

As they come separately, the're a good social sweet, as you can pass them round like a box of biscuits, which is another plus they have over bars.

If you're just interested in chocolate, and lots of it, then buy a bar or two, but if you want something that you will really enjoy eating, and only want to eat in moderation, I would have to say these are the perfect product.

Where can you buy them from? You can get these at every supermarket, but they tend to be a bit flashy to get into corner shops, Spars and the like, so when you do your supermarket trip, snap these up then (get it?)

In conclusion, they're sooo tasty, but not at all cost effective - the perfect treat, but we'll stick with bars for the main I think.

Summary: a nice treat

Only worth buying when they are half price...and that's coming from a Cadbury fiend! :o)
