Cadburys Buttons Ice Cream Cones

I was at my mother in laws yesterday for lunch and she pulled out some ice cream cones afterwards. I am never one to turn down an ice-cream and with a love of chocolate buttons and anything Cadburys; this seemed like a great ice cream for me. The ice creams are packaged to look just like a Corneto, wrapped in bright shiny purple paper with silver Cadburys logo emblazoned on the front. To unwrap, the paper on the sides needs to be removed before the lid and then you are left with a cone topped with vanilla ice cream and a few buttons dotted on the top for effect. Cadbury's Buttons are another classic chocolate that has seen the switch to an ice cream. This has been very successful, with great flavour, texture and the usual high quality of Cadbury. Also, the price is great and there isn't really anything wrong with them. The packaging is very good, with easy to read text. It is also very easy to recognise with the usual Cadbury branding. Whilst in Tesco the other day I fancied buying some ice cream; for several reasons eally, 1 - my husband left the freezer door slightly open when we went on holiday, losing all my supplies. 2 - The sun is shining. 3 - Toby is really into ice cream at the moment. Whilst shopping in Sainsbury's recently I bought a box of Cadbury's dairy milk chocolate button ice cream cones very reasonably priced at £2 for a box of 6. Inside the large purple outer box, each individual cone comes attractively wrapped in purple paper illustrated with smiley faced chocolate buttons. Upon removing the cardboard disc from the top of the cone, I was slightly disappointed to find just six, yes, six small brown chocolate drops of the size and shape you buy in bags in the supermarket for using in home baking. We bought these from our local Tescos the other day after spotting them in the freezer section. The box had a large yellow band around it which caught my eye stating that they were £2 for a box of 6. The packaging is the notorious Cadbury purple colour with a large 'buttons' logo joined with a picture of the product and a cartoon of a button made to look like a sun. Each ice cream is individually wrapped in paper and is 100ml. The ice creams look very appetising. They are similar to a cornetto in the fact that they consist of a wafer cone filled with ice cream.
