Cadburys Dairy milk Chocolate with crispies is the subject of my review today.
This bar tempted me from the shelves of Tescos A foil wrapper coloured the Cadbury blue with cream colour on it too a little picture of a broken open chocolate bar exposing the crispies inside. This bar weighs 49 g. It contains milk and may contain traces of nut, wheat and Soya. Each bar has250 kcal, 123 g fat thats 510 kcal per 100g.
Although it says best eaten by Feb. o6 I could not wait that long and ate it immediately. This bar cost 38p which is around the price of other choc bars this size.
This choc is also available in a big bar this big bar weighs 200g cost £1.04 I think there is a buy 2 get one free offer at the mo in Tesco.
The bar is divided into 6 segments each with the name Cadbury across it .The crispies are all at the bottom of the bar.
How did it taste? Well it tastes very much just like a bar of cadburys choc with a few crispies thrown in. The chocolate is nice smooth milk chocolate and with each mouthful there are a few crunchy crispies Yes its quite a nice bar, but I do prefer dark choc so if I wanted a treat I probably would not buy this one.
Cadbury is a major beverage and confectioner started in Birmingham in 1824. These dairy milk crispy /shortbread bars have been around a couple of years, I have only just discovered them, and as I said I prefer other chocolate. Thanks for reading Mary
something similar can be made at home by melting a bar of chocolate and adding crispies
