Advantages: Crispy bits compliment the dairy milk chocolate well.

Disadvantages: Not as sickly sweet as some of the other bars they are bringing out.

I am a huge fan of Cadburys products. I like the orginal ones the best. They seem to be the superior brand of confectionary on the market and lately they have bought out a range of new chocolate bars, with this dairy milk crispies being one of them.

The bar comes in larger bars rather than small snack bars. The wrapping is traditional Cadburys purple, with cream areas and the writing crispies and the cadburys logo, which for me is like a seal of approval. The foil wrapping peels off easily without mashing up the bar. I am not however sure if the wrapping is recyclable or not. The wrapping keeps the bar foil fresh and beneath it is a rather traditional looking cadburys chocolate bar. The bar is split into small even shaped chunks with the cadburys logo on the top of them. The bar is mainly dairy milk chocolate (the nicest chocolate in the world). Inside the bar is a generous amount of crispy puffs of rice, very similar to the cereal brand rice crispies. The taste is nice. The airy crispy insides compliment the thick chocolate and make the snack lighter and fluffier and add some good variety to the texture.

If you have ever made rice crispy cakes when you were younger then this is the more up market and tastier equivalent. It is much better as it has that amazing dairy milk taste, and has much more chocolate, which was always the best part of the cakes anyway, to be fair you dont get the fun of making the cakes, but this way you dont have the mess of tidying them up either!

Summary: Upmarket version of the rice crispy cake.
