I had these puddings for the first time recently when i spotted them on offer in my local tesco for £1. As a fan of other cadbury desserts, and a lover of caramel and all things sweet I eagarly put them in my basket. In trademark purple packaging, the puddings were well packaged and obviously identifiable as a cadbury product. One of the first positives about these desserts is that you can pop them in the microwave, and they are done in 90 seconds - which is fantastic for those stressful evenings after work and similar desserts have to be put in the oven - or even boiled in a pan. The sponge is soft and moist, without being too airy or too thick ... Read the complete review

Having had a tumultuously stressful recent two days, I needed a decent quality choccie fix and this new duo pack of 'Cadbury Hot Caramel Puddings' advertised in bright orange writing - lying there seductively before me upon the Somerfield's cool fridge shelf, fair goaded me into greedy capitulation as sweeping aside my Weight Watcher's inground inhibitions I carelessly flung the purple temptations speedily into my shopping basket... I know, I know, I am no example of a good, clean dieter but that day I just didn't care. I needed a quick soul-satisfyingly rich, sticky fix, and this latest Cadburys naughty dessert temptation was hopefully going to take me to a ... Read the complete review

Cadbury Hot Chocolate Caramel Sponge Pudding I had one of these this week at a friend's house; she always has something sweet and cake like in to have with a cuppa and I can NEVER resist. She told me that they are currently on special offer at Tesco for £1 (2 puddings) which is half price. I nicked the cardboard sleeve from her with the nutritional information on and unfortunately it only gives amounts per 100g - 320 calories and 15.1g of fat. Each pot is 129g so that is erm... work it out for yourself. Lol. Sorry. Lazy brain!! Anyway, far too many calories for a pudding of this size. The puddings are packaged in a black plastic pot with a film ... Read the complete review

I absolutely adore Cadburys products. I think they are the best confectionary brand on the market and nothing I have tried comes close. I like most of the traditional products best, and there are a lot to chose from, they have ben going for over 100 years now. This is one of the less traditional products that I have fallen in love with! I tried the chocolate version of this pudding some time ago now. I really liked it, I love sponge pudding and the combination of that and my favorite brand made it delicious. I remember thinking at the time that the only way they could possibly make this better would be to add caramel, and then lo and behold a miracle arrived ... Read the complete review
