I absolutely adore Cadburys products. I think they are the best confectionary brand on the market and nothing I have tried comes close. I like most of the traditional products best, and there are a lot to chose from, they have ben going for over 100 years now. This is one of the less traditional products that I have fallen in love with!

I tried the chocolate version of this pudding some time ago now. I really liked it, I love sponge pudding and the combination of that and my favorite brand made it delicious. I remember thinking at the time that the only way they could possibly make this better would be to add caramel, and then lo and behold a miracle arrived in my supermarket and I just had to try it.

The pudding comes in a carboard box, which is great for recycling. The box is decorated in traditional Cadbury's purple colours, with gorgeous pictures of steamy hot cake on the front, that make it seem absolutely delicious.

Inside the box comes two individually wrapped puddings. they are two small round puddings in plastic pots with peel off lids. To be honest they are both quite small servings, but this minimises the calorie intake a tiny bit!

The puddings can be cooked in the microwave or the oven and in my opinion both versions get good results. As they are cooking the smell fills the room, which is amazing and will really get your taste buds going.The puddings themselves are chocolate sponge with a caramel sauce that comes with them. The sponge is soft a light, with an amazing taste. The caramel sauce is sticky and sweet and moistens up the cake even more.

If you ignore calories and cost this is the perfect pudding whcih just has to be tried to be loved.
