There are two main competing brands of miniature chocolates - Roses and Quality Street. I don't actually think that one has a particular edge on the other - each is as delicious as the other. Roses are an extremely delicious variety of chocolate, and although they are very expensive (a box costs about £3, a huge tin costs about £5), you'll see where that money's gone when you sample their greatness.

There are ten mainstay flavours, whilst a number of others have become interchangeable throughout the years. These ten are:

- Cadbury Dairy Milk - Simple a tiny version of your regular Dairy Milk bar
- Caramel - Wrapped in blue, very silky and smooth
- Caramel Velvet - Wrapped in green, even smoother than above, very tasty!
- Chocolate Bite - Wrapped in pink, nice but a little plain!
- Country Fudge - Nice and chewy.
- Golden Barrel - Half of a barrel wrapped in gold. My absolute favourite and the favourite of everyone I know, absolutely delicious! Biting into the barrel reveals a lovely, creamy interior.
- Hazel Whirl - Purple wrapper, unique taste
- Orange Crisp - Very crunchy and slightly acerbic but definitely delicious
- Strawberry Dream - Pink.
- Tangy Orange Creme - Shaped like a square, and much like the barrel has cream inside, wonderful!

As tasty as they are, they're also extremely unhealthy, with over 20g of fat per 100g. Still, there's loads of variety meaning you'll never get bored of these!

Summary: Bad for you but taste so good!
