Well as we all know to much sugar in our diets is bad for us. Those of you who have read my previous reviews will know that I have a seriously sweet tooth so a few months ago I tried to cut back on the amount of sugar in my diet starting with the stuff I put in my tea. Admittingly I don't drink tea that often but when I do I normally like to put in tons of sugar. Deciding that sugar in my tea would be an easy place to start I decided to see what sugar replacements I could find.

I came across Canderel Tablets in the supermarket and decided to try them because they were reasonably cheap compared to the other makes at just £0.98 for 100 sweetener tablets!

Incase you're wondering what on earth Canderel Tablets are I'd better fill you in, they are basically a substitute for sugar for those people trying to eat less of it, it's also low in caloriesat just 2 calories per teaspoon.

To be perfectly honest with you I did not like this priduct, I don't think that anything can really replace the taste of sugar and much as this company claims that it tastes just like sugar, it doesn't. I could really taste the artifical stuff they put in there to try and make it seem sugary. It tastes fake and I gave up on the idea of a sugar substitute after just a couple of days, it tastes horrible.

Overall not recommended.

Summary: Don't buy on it, cut back on sugar instead of replacing it
