Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone

In my humble opinion this is one of the best Carte D'Or ice creams available. Essentially it is just a plain ice cream, with swirls of berry sauce with pistachios sprinkled on top. However the thing that makes this ice cream so lovely is the addition of the mascapone. Now what does this do I hear you cry!? Well it makes the ice cream, deliciously soft and creamy. Even when it comes straight from the freezer it is softer than your average tub of ice cream. Quite simply looks delicious and is delicious. From start to finish this ice cream was purely a heavenly indulgence.Mmmmmmm. Carte d'or crème di marscarpone, is mouth-watering the combination of the ice cream made with marscarpone and swirls of red berry sauce and the topping of tasty pistachio nuts is just wonderful. I have a lot to saybout ice cream product......its creamy, smooth, nutty and heavenly really. It is by far the most delicious ice cream I have eaten ever ever ever. When you open up the tub, you see two big dollops of stuck together thick, smooth cream, with plenty of wonderful, strawberry tasting sauce, sprinkled with pistacios. Heaven.
