Carte D'Or Nocciolato

I've just been bought a tub of this icecream, and in a moment of weakness this evening, I opened it. With much anticipation I took a mouthful. It was okay. The marketing, name and comparitively high price of this brand mark it out to me as a gourmet icecream, but I didn't find that it compared to its competitors in the market. The packaging and presentation are good. When you open the tub and remove the plastic seal, there is a layer of chopped hazelnuts topping a hazelnut icecream with chocolate swirls.
