 ... suitable for home freezing. When I first peeled back the film they needed a good mix as some sauce/herbs had collected in middle. They didn't have any strong smell. Each piece of tofu was a beige colour with little flecks of red and green on them. They looked ok but not that appetising. They're ready to eat so you can eat them straight from the pack, chuck them on a salad, put them in a pita or whatever you fancy! I would say one packet is only enough for one person. Something new for the summer from Cauldron - Sundried tomato and basil tofu salad toppers! I bought my 125g packet from Morrison's for £1.99 and they were in the vegetarian section of the fridges. Some of the packets looked like they'd leaked a bit and when I got mine home it also looked like it might've leaked but I couldn't find where the hole was. They come in a plastic tray (recyclable in some areas although the plastic film isn't) with a recyclable cardboard sleeve.
