The wafer is really crunchy and the marshmallow really soft when you first open them however you will need to store them in an airtight container to keep them that way. They are packed in a thin plastic tray inside a bright pink packet with the logo, a picture of them and all the need to know info on the back: Allergy Advice: Contains gluten, soya...more

Having spent the last six months counting callories trying to shift the post baby bulge I can only say I am delighted to have stumbled across these delicious mallow filled wafers, made by Caxton. These fantastic treats are an enticing pink and white pieces of mallow, lightly dusted with sugar, sandwiched between two slices of wafer.... and best of all, each treat only contains 50 calories and less than 2% guideline daily amount of fat! Caxton Pink & White Wafers are from the Caxton Company which was founded in 1938 near Cardiff, South Wales by Oscar Peschek. They are two pieces of soft pink and white marshmallow sandwiched between too crunchy light wafers. Then coated in fine sugar. They are a really tasty, light food which smalles really great. I like to eat them because I'm trying to lose weight but with a really swet tooth I need something sugary to eat. Pink & White Wafers only contain less than 2% fat and only 50 calories per biscuit so they're really not bad for you. I eat them whenever I'm feeling hungry to stop me from snacking on other food, they're not that filling but they stop me ...
