Cereal bars are becoming more and more popular as a snack or as an alternative to traditional breakfast.

Although the price for cereals is going up on the world markets, cereal bars still give the consumer the possibility of eating something healthy, nutrient, and not too heavy on calories.

I buy cereal bars from either Nutrigrain or Kellogs. Normally I get 6 for around 2 pounds.

I always carry some with me, and I eat them on the way to work in the morning, at work if I am hungry or when I make sport.
I like cereal bars which are not too dry and come with some fruits, or some yogurt coating.

There is one negative thing with cereal bars, and is the fact that they tend to leave some minor parts in between my teeth. I also find that if I do not brush or floss, some time they cause mild pain on my gums.

Summary: Cereal bars are nutrient, but I need to brush my teeth
