cereal bars have been around for many years but seem to be becoming more popular today due to our buisy life styles.

You can get cereal bars in a vast array of forms, there are plain cereal bars, chocolate cereal bars, fruit cereal bars, cereal bars with dryed milk, cereal bars with dryed yougart and even cereal bars covered in caramel.

Literaly every ceral producing company have jumped on the band wagen with these easy to snack on bars as they know they are going to be a winner but they havent given much thought to the fact that cereal is supposed to be healthy, most of these bars contain around the same amount of calories as a chocolate bar would and are not much bigger so wont fill you up like a standard bowl of cereal will.

Cereal bars are very deceptive as people believe they are a healthy option.
