I've always loved cereal bars, I think they're fantastic! But surely they can't be that exciting, can they?

I categorise cereal bars into two sections; chewy and soft. They chewy ones are those that you, well, chew! They're quite sticky and are often quite sweet. Some of my favourites here include Kellogg's Coco Pops and Chewee White Chocolate (sweet options), as well as Special K and Alpen Light (two fruitier ones!).

Soft ones are those with a more oaty base. These include brands such as Kellogg's Nutri-grain, and Asda Fruit & Bake. More often than not, these will have a fruity filling, such as strawberry or blueberry, and are very tasty!

Cereal bars are quite healthy, usually ranging from around 70 to 150 calories, though can be more or less too. They are usually enjoyed as a healthy snack, but are often eaten by those who do not have time for breakfast!

So, they may seem boring, but are actually very delicious and fantastic...!
