Cereal bars are a great invention. They are perfect in so many ways. Not only are they great for breakfast on the go, but are perfect for a small snack. And for the most part they are healthy.
I love the fact that you can get them in so many flavors. Apple Cinnamon, cherry, strawberry. There are soft brands and hard, depending on what you buy. Some are flavored like your favorite cereals as well. And they have very high vitamin and mineral counts, so you can feel good about eating them or giving them to your children as a breakfast or snack.
They vary in price and can sometimes be pricey, but for the most part you can often get them on sale for less than $3 a box. And considering if you bought candy bars as a snack you are already ahead because they are way cheaper than them and way healthier.
