Advantages: Cheese is amazing
Disadvantages: It gets on your nerves.
I love cheese, but there are many cheeses available, so it's good to know that I like Cheddar - arguably the most popular cheese in Britain! I like the Irish Mild, as it's full of flavour, but not too strong! And I also particularly like the English Mild, and medium - excellent for cheese on toast (welsh rarebit or something!). The English Medium is far tastier than the mature in my view, as it's just the right strength and doesn't leave you needing water after it. I normally get the Sainsbury, or Tesco home brand, as they seem to be more reasonable - a few pounds per kg I think! UK cheese is the best. It's what cheese should be like, and I'm sure everyone has heared of the superb Cheddar. There're even crisps that have Cheddar and Onion flavour! I must admit though, that the Irish do it better - the Irish medium, Mild AND mature are all delicious, and are great for pizza's, bread, crackers and cheese on toast. I hate the French Brie - it's all mouldy! Literally, but I know some people love it! I think it could be a bit of an expensive time for buying cheese, especially UK cheese due to all the slaughtered animals, so the milk will almost run dry as it were. Cheese and crackers is a great snack, and cheese & lettuce sandwiches are superb! Cheese provides an excellent filling, and makes for a truly supreme doorstop when it goes real hard. However, as a provider of calcium , which strenghtens your bones and teeth (so you can eat more cheese), you'd be foolish to dismiss cheese! Excellent cheese.
