Being a cheshire girl i have grown up with cheshire cheese and i can't imagine living without it. MY favourite is the mature, coloured cheshire, its creamy yet also slightly bitter taste make cheshire cheese what it is....erm, creamy and erm bitter... Cheshire cheese is a nice, hard cheese, and comes in the white chedder version and also blue chedder, which when REALLY mature is at its peak. Aside from white stilton i would have to say that this is the best cheese that britain has to offer, yet also one of the most underrated, my advice is, try it. you'll love it. ...
