Chicago Town Ham and Pineapple Deep Dish Pizzas are excellent individual pizzas that have an incredible taste for a frozen offering and are not skimpy on the toppings either. They are very useful to have in the refrigerator for when you fancy a pizza, and handy for when friends come over and you want something quick and easy to prepare. They can be cooked in the oven or (as I've done before ) in the microwave. I think they taste best just done in the regular oven, but that might just be me.
They are quite filling for their size and can make a meal simply with the addition of a side salad ( get a bag of pre-washed, rinse and pat dry, then add your favourite dressing). They are slightly lower in fat than some of the other pizzas (ie pepperoni, sausage or all meat pizzas) and the pineapple is a useful addition of fibre. I would advise people with lactose intolerance to take a pre-meal supplement because there is quite a lot of cheese on these. Wouldn't want to spoil the enjoyment.

These can easily be included in a "diet" so people don't have to feel denied of the comfort factor of a nice hot pizza.
They usually come in a pkg of 2 individual pizzas but occasionally you can find special packs that contain 3. Most supermarkets stock them - I've had them from Iceland, Sainsbury's and Tesco's.
