I had one of these Takeaway pizzas from Chicago Town and thought it was one of the best pizzas I've had out of the freezer. I got mine in Cooltrader and it was £2.00 but if you buy it from Sainsburys then it's nearly £3.50 and that's a bit of a rip off for a frozen pizza. I got it because it said it was stuffed crust and I expected it to be cheese in the crust but it's not it's tomato sauce and tastes like the same one used on the top of the pizza. It's a wicked sauce and is a bit tangy because there are herbs in it and the tomato sauce is smooth and proper rich and it makes the boring crust more interesting than when it's plain because I didn't even need to ... *This is a review of the pepperoni version of this pizza* As I'm sure you all probably know I'm a massive fan of pizza and recently I've just been eating more and more of it! So when in Tescos the other day my partner grabbed this, currently on offer at £2.50 from £3.45 (only until 27th September!) I remember having one of these before in the cheese variety and thinking how lovely it was so I wasn't going to say no! The pizza is quite large and weighs 645g. On the box it says it was voted tastier than both Dominos and Pizza Hut (and a lot cheaper too!). As I said, the box is huge and I had trouble fitting it into a carrier bag. It is mainly ... Now don't get me wrong, I love all pizza. The act of putting tomato, cheese and other things on bread and cooking til hot and crispy excites me even whilst writing this. Though I would never wish to admit it (like on an open internet review site!) but i see myself as something of a pizza connoiseur. Thus when browsing the shelves of Tescos last night I opted for this sauce crust, chicken and veg topped large frozenn pizza for £3.49 (two for £6 at the moment, justto let you know. It was larger than most frozen pizzas and the person I shared it with told me that the advert claimed to be as good as Domino's and Pizza Hut, though I had my ... Read the complete review

I first noticed this pizza when browsing the frozen pizza aisles in Tesco and although I thought the price was a lot higher than those of other brands and types of pizza in the same aisle - it was different to other pizzas it had a stuffed crust. I thought this would be interested to try and it was £2.99 so I purchased it. The pizza is very large and was a struggle to fit in the freezer and it definitely wouldn't fit in with the box. The pizza is packaged in a black takeaway style box and has the name written in big white letters on the front with a picture of the pizza and so it is fairly easy to spot in supermarkets. It takes about 25 mins ... Read the complete review

A couple of days back I got a real thing for pizza. I kept thinking I would make one, but it takes a lot of time and effort, and as I was going shopping later in the day, I thought I'd just buy one to save myself the hassle! I went to Iceland, and when I got there everything had been moved around because there were about twenty freezers full of Christmas party food at the front of the store. I couldn't actually find the pizzas, but noticed the Chicago Stuffed Crust pizza's on special offer at the end of one of the aisles, so picked up a pepperoni one. The pizza is quite big and would probably feed quite a few people - I could only manage just under half and ... Read the complete review
