Following on from my review of Ginger Marble I am moving on to another beer from the Marble Brewery. This one is a just as interesting, but completely different, beer ~ Chocolate Heavy! I tried this one at Chesterfield Beer Festival in February too and was really impressed with this very unusual sounding beer. ~~~THE BREWERY. The Marble Brewery was founded at the Marble Arch pub (in Rochdale Street, Manchester) in 1997. They are an entirely organic brewery, whose beers are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians ~ they use no animal products and only organic hops and malt.
