Everybody loves chocolate. Surely?

Here are some of my favourite ways to enjoy chocolate...

Drink it! Cadburys do the excellent drinking chocolate. The best way of making the instant stuff, in my opnion, is as follows. Heap two tea spoons into a mug. Mix ina little bit of milk until it is the consistency of a paste. Pour in the almost boiling water. Perfect!

I'm also a huge lover of the chocolate that you break up and add into your hot milk. There's a little place by a bridge in York that made me a fantastic white chocolate drink in this way. Yum!

Eating chocolate is a great hobby of mine ;-) I love Thorntons and Lindtt and Dairy Milk and Galaxy and Blacks and the list goes on! I also really enjoy a chocolate fountain or chocolate fondue. Shortbread dipped in chocolate and fruit dipped in chocolate and marshmellows dipped in chocolate... Uh oh, am in need of a bowl for the drool....

I love cooking with chocolate. My favourite chocolate recipe is as follows

1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp orange liquer
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 oz. melted chocolate
1 cup. whipping cream
1/4 cup. brown sugar

Mix the orange peel, liquer, sugar, two eggs and two egg yolks and melted chocolate. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream already whipped.
To serve, spoon into dessert dishes and top with dollop of whipped cream and orange zest.

It's a recipe I stumbled accross when traipsing about on the net and I'm so glad, it's easy and yummy!

Also, if you make a cake and then add one and a half cups of sugar mixed with 1-2 tbspoons of drinking chocolate over the top and then pour boiling water over that and cook for approximately 40 minutes, it will make a lovely chocolate scaue.

I also love chocolate flavoured things. For example, chocolate bath bombs, soaps, bubble bath etc.

I think I had better write some more reviews, I can sense a chocolate themed shopping spree coming on!!
