Chtoura Garden's most reknowned product is probably it's hommos and tahina, the chick pea and sesame concoction concoction keeps for a reasonably long time and is well stored in a slender can with a ring pull. Tahina (also sometimes written as tahini) is basically made from sesame seeds and is the base of many a hommos including this Lebanese product from Chtoura Garden.
