"Grown-up" sweets are a bit of a treat for me. You see, being wheat intolerant and lactose intolerant means chocolate bars and the like are out of bounds, so I tend to be restricted to jelly type sweets such as Haribo. So when I came across this Cofresh Soft Handmade Coconut Bar in Tesco I grabbed it and put it with the rest of the shopping. The wrapper suggests it is also suitable for vegetarians (some people don't realise that certain sweets aren't suitable for vegetarians!), Halal (Kosher) and gluten free.
