Cotswold cheese is often marketed as Double Gloucester with onion and chives. Waitrose sell the cheese for £2.35 for a 200g vacuum pack. This works out at £11.75 per kilo so it is not cheap. I love most varieties of cheese and am always keen to try new ones. One of my favourites is Cotswold cheese. Cotswold cheese as the name suggests is made in the Cotswolds. Cotswold cheese ************** Cotswold cheese is really double Gloucester with the addition of onions and chives. The result is wonderful! Cotswold cheese is fairly soft in texture and tastes smooth and creamy. Double Gloucester is fairly mild and the addition of the onion and chives gives it far more flavour.
