Custard creams craw fords These biscuits have been around as long as I can remember and even longer and that's a long, long time. Craw fords custard creams are made by united biscuits. These biscuits seem to be available at most supermarkets and convenience stores. They cost around 59p for a 150g pack. The packaging a yellow /orange colour with the Crawford red emblem on it. Custard creams are a very popular biscuit they are the ones which often are on offer with a cup of tea at meetings. The Crawfords custard cream is a slightly more rectangular than square biscuit. The biscuit is a light golden brown. It is easily ... Read the complete review

I have been eating Crawford's Custard Cream biscuits for about 8 months now ever since I started in my recent job, which provide them in abundance, along with several other different varieties of Crawford biscuit. I have to say, the custard cream is the best of all the Crawford's selection, in my own opinion. The custard cream is a classic biscuit design, made by sandwiching dried vanilla cream filling between two biscuit casings. There are several different makers of the Custard Cream biscuits, and Crawfords has to be amongst the best. Unfortunately, I can not seem to be able to find these biscuits in major supermarkets such as Tesco, and seem to be able to ... Read the complete review

My corner shop sells Crawfords biscuits for 4 packets for £1.00 and we buy them as well as the better brands to keep the biscuit tin full because there are 5 of us and we have all got a sweet tooth so biscuits take a battering in our house. I went round last night and got some of their Custard Creams and they're not that bad even though they are so cheap. A custard cream is 2 plain biscuits that have been sandwiched together with whats supposed to be custard but is really just a cream biscuit filling. It tastes a bit like custard but is a bit too sweet and has more of a vanilla taste than anything but it's dead nice anyway and makes the biscuit ... Read the complete review

Custard Creams have long been a favourite biscuit of mine, ever since, as a child, I discovered the art of eating one bit by bit, dissecting the biscuit to eat first one outer biscuit layer, then scrape off the inside vanilla flavour thin cream layer, and then chomp the final outer biscuit absent-mindedly, concentration no longer needed! In terms of Crawford's Custard Creams, I had these a while ago as they were the only available option left, and I had a real craving for custard creams at the time. In all honesty, it is rare that I find a distinction between one type of custard cream and another, and this is really no exception, with the standard layout of ... Read the complete review

As a very young girl (many moons ago), I used to love going to visit my Gran and eating her entire packet of custard creams, this was the highlight of my week and my mum used to refuse to buy custard creams because they did not last five minutes in our house. I had not had the pleasure of a custard cream for nearly fifteen years until a recent trip to our local Tesco`s saw me purchasing a packet of Crawford's custard creams. Things are often very different as an adult as they were as a child and these were certainly different from how I remember them in my childhood but I had eaten them before as an adult and still enjoyed them so why could I not ...
