As it sounds like, Dairylee cheese spread is a creamy and spreadable cheese. It is a light colour (almost white) and a great consistency, being creamy yet not so thick that it will not spread properly.

I have always been a fan of this cheese, I remember having it in sandwiches in my packed lunch as a kid and it still tastes the same. There is also a light version, which tastes great.

I like to have this on toast now that I am an adult (I hesitate to say a grown up!) which tastes great. It sort of melts into the toast and really works well. It is also delicious on a baked potato, or used as a quick and simple pasta sauce (just stir in to cooked pasta with some chopped ham and mushrooms)

One portion contains 34 kcals, 1.3 grams sugar, 1.6 grams of fat, 0.5 grams salt. It also provides you with 27% RDA calcium and 19% RDA vitamin D.

I recommend this cheese highly, it may not be for everyone (Mr Siamese doesn't like it and prefers Philadelphia) but I love it and eat it a lot. Give it a shot and see what you think!
