... if you are familiar with the Triangles or spread that you can buy then you will know this already. The cheese itself is creamy and light and is nicely flavoured but does have a slight artificial taste to it, together with the breadsticks do make for a nice snack that fills a gap. Also worth pointing out is the breadsticks to cheese ratio; after munching your way through the breadsticks you will invariably find that there is still plenty of cheese left over so dig in with your finger or spread the remainder on som...more

Ideal for a mid morning snack or as part of a lunchbox for school or work, Dairylea Dunkers with Breadsticks are always a handy thing to have in your fridge especially if you are a fan of soft cheese like I am. Contained in the packaging as shown above you get 4 individual containers for your money and each have a protective foil seal across the tops of them. Peeling back the foil you see 2 compartments, a longer compartment containing the breadsticks and in the smaller the Dairylea cheese. Normally containing around 8 breadsticks they aren't exactly huge but for the purpose of dunking into the cream cheese they are ideal. You can get a healthy dollop of ...  Read the complete review

It's not often I'll eat something like this, but my son opened one of the Dairylea Dunkers that I'd bought for my daughter for packed lunches, took one bite and almost threw up at the taste of the cheese! Not being one that likes to see anything go to waste I finished it off. Nutritional Information Typical Values Per 47g tub Energy 111kcal Protein 5.1g Carbohydrate 13.5g Fat 3.9g Fibre 0.9g Sodium 0.3g First impressions were that the breadsticks were rather lacking, and that impression turned out to be accurate, because you have to absolutely load up the breadstick with cheese and risk it dropping ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dairylea Dunkers - what a good idea. (267 words)

My little boy started 'big' school a few months ago and since then I have been trying to find him healthy snacks for his packed lunch. I find school dinners can be quite horrible and at least when you give them a packed lunch you know that what they are taking is healthy. Dairylea dunkers are just perfect. Dairylea dunkers come in a multipack of four, although I think you can buy them individually. I paid £1 for a four pack in Morrisons recently but that was a special offer and I think they are more expensive than that, around the £2 mark. The individual pots contain dairylea cheese and breadsticks to dunk in them. Although I buy them with ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dairylea Dunkers Breadsticks: Dairylea Dunkers - a great kids snack (422 words)

Dairylea Dunkers are a snack aimed at younger children. They are generally sold in either single containers or in packs of 4 and can be found at most supermarkets. They are available in a number of varieties but this review is for the Breadsticks version. Each 'Dunker' is contained within a white plastic rectangular tub with the Dairylea Dunker colourful logo imprinted on the removeable foil lid. The lid also tells you which version of the Dunker variety you are buying. Each tub is 47g and they are priced at 46p per tub or 1.70 for a pack of four (depending on where you shop). Sometimes you can find a pack of 4 on offer for £1.00 making them great value for ...  Read the complete review
