... with a lovely blue sky with white fluffy clouds and nice green grass underneath. I started with one cracker and a bit of cheese and a bit of ham. It all tasted pretty good. Ok the cheese is a bit tasteless and plastic like but perfectly edible. The ham is cut into circles, which fit the crackers perfectly, and again it tastes OK. I finished the rest ending with a triple cracker tower! I bet kids love trying to use the whole contents to make one big tower!! On the front of the packet it says that it contains...more

I struggle to make myself a 'proper' meal at times due to my ill health and for this reason my partner quite often buys me 'snacky' type items that can be kept until they are needed, and do not require much in the way of preparation or cooking on my part. He came home last week with the Dairylea 'Lunchables' snack box for me which I had not tried until yesterday when I was quite weak (and would have struggled to 'cook' or 'prepare' anything) and wanted a quick bite in the afternoon. When I removed the outer cardboard-type sleeve, I was surprised to see three little compartments in the plastic tray underneath. Removing the clear film, I could see ...  Read the complete review

When my older son started full time school last September (*sob, sniff my baby!*) he tried out school dinners, but being the fussy eater that he is he didn't eat much and decided to change to packed lunches. This presented me with a problem of what to put in his new shiny lunch box as he will not eat sandwiches at all. I tried various combinations - sausage rolls one day, crackers another etc but everything was coming back mostly uneaten. I took him shopping and told him to pick what he wanted for lunch and he surprised me by picking this- Dairylea ham and cheese lunchables- though he loves crackers he is not keen on ham or cheese. Never the less even after I ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dairylea Lunchables Ham/Cheese: Ham & Cheese Lunchables - Great snack at any time of day! (363 words)

Dairylea Lunchables Ham/Cheese are something that I enjoy for my lunch from time to time and although it's predominantly designed for children it doesn't stop the little box catching my eye every time I'm in the supermarket or local store looking for something different, fast & simple and I always find myself surprised at how much these actually fill me up! The Lunchables pot is a plastic tray with three sections, half of the pot contains 10 or 11 white & wholegrain crackers, quarter of the pot contains reformed ham slices and there are around 20 slices but occasionally there will be one or two more the final quarter of the pot contains dairylea slices ...  Read the complete review

I had actually forgot these existed until I read a review by my friend Supersonic75 - check her stuff out, she's good! Anyway after reading her review, and remembering how I like these, I had to buy some while doing one of the many Supermarket trips. You get this product in a few different tastes, but it is the Ham and Cheese 1 I am reviewing. These are made by Dairylea and since they deal with Cheese, you get Cheese in all the packs. The pack is a square plastic tub split into 3 sections. There is 1 long section and 2 smaller square sections. So what do you get in here? This is kind of like a packed lunch, and more so designed for Kids. You used to ...  Read the complete review

I picked this up for my lunch the one day as I thought it would be a change from a sandwich. I opted for the ham 'n' cheese version. Your ham 'n' cheese and crackers come in a square plastic box covered with a cardboard sleeve. Inside the plastic box you get 10 white & wholegrain crackers, round slices of ham and some rectangles of cheese. The packaging is very colourful and certainly looks apealing with a lovely blue sky with white fluffy clouds and nice green grass underneath. I started with one cracker and a bit of cheese and a bit of ham. It all tasted pretty good. Ok the cheese is a bit tasteless and plastic like but ...  Read the complete review

They could make a convient snack, could've been good for lunchboxes! The chicken is worrying, the cheese is like plastic the crackers are dull!

Delicious, gooey caramel, indulgent, low fat May be addictive!

Cheap, nice with certain flavoursome toppings Very dry, bland, very few sultanas used to create them
