I love these little things, I would eat them breakfast lunch and dinner if I could. And supper. They are quite literally an unassembled, freezing cold 'pizza' and once made up I can only begin to describe the taste party in my mouth. I feel as if I am in Italia every time and feel they are best appreciated with a full bodied Northern Italian wine such as a Barolo. Served with antipasti and a nice pasta first course, they will win over any dinner party and, as a man with a mild disability, the ease of preparing them is a winner everytime.
