I am recently trying to cut down my meat consumption, while I am not actually becoming a vegetarian I have found myself trying more vegetarian foods just lately in an attempt to fill the red meat gap. One item I have discovered a love for is the Dalepak Cauliflower Cheese Grills, which is basically a tasty cauliflower cheese encased in breadcrumbs. They can be oven baked, fried or grilled - I oven bake mine as they only take 20 minutes and can cook while I prepare the rest of my meal, and I certainly wouldn't fancy them fried as I imagine the loose coating would soak a lot of fat up. I love cauliflower cheese but must say that if you are not a fan ... Read the complete review

***What is it?*** This product is made by Dalepak. These are frozen individual ovals, filled with cheese and cauliflower, onions and green beans. They are coated with breadcrumbs. They are to be grilled or oven baked (20 minutes). It takes about 15 minutes in the grill (turn over after half the time has elapsed) on a medium heat and this is how I make them. You can also shallow fry them for 9 minutes but this makes them even more unhealthy! Cauliflower cheese is one of those things I really like, but never fancy eating. That's why I bought a pack of Dalepak Cauliflower cheese grills, as I could put them in the freezer, and eat if and when the mood took me. ~About the product~ Made by Dalepak, these are basically cauliflower cheese which has been shaped into a sort of oval pointed at one end (I call it bicycle seat shape!) and coated in breadcrumbs. They also contain onion and green beans. They are made with vegetarian cheese, and are approved by the vegetarian society. They are not suitable for those with nut allergies as they are made in a production area which uses ... Read the complete review

Now I'm not a vegetarian but you will sometimes find me browsing in the vegetarian freezers as I sometimes quite like their meals and products so when in Iceland the other day it was no surprise to find me nosing in their veggie freezer too. It was here I picked up a box of Dalepak Cauliflower Cheese Grills, a box of 4 for just £1. I love cauliflower cheese anyway so had high hopes for these. The box they come in is white with a green dalepak banner waving about. It clearly says 4 Cauliflower Cheese Grills with a picture of two grills next to it. We are told on the box that these are a delicious blend of cauliflower, onion, green beans, spring onion and ... Read the complete review
