I am not vegetarian but have been buying these vegetable quarter pounders for a couple of years now, and really enjoy them, so I thought I'd share my experiences. These are basically frozen veggie burgers. You get four quarter pounders in a box, and they are made from a blend of carrot, onion, cauliflower, sweet corn, peas, green beans and red peppers, and have a crispy breadcrumb coating. They're very easy to cook and can be either put in the oven, grilled or shallow fried.
