Generally speaking, I like French, English and Italian cheese but I do go out of my way to try as much cheese as possible, currently living in problem - I don't care much for the generally bland flavoured plasticky cheese with very little taste, though I have met the odd expat that prefers it to English cheese for it's meltable qualities.
