Danone Actimel Vanilla

I know its good for you and that it's allegedly the right way to start the day, but I really don't like breakfast as a meal. I would be quite content with just coffee and fruit juice until such time as I'm really awake and looking forward to food. However I have to encourage him one to each his breakfast and take his diabetic pill before trotting out the door, so this means I must make the effort too. I discovered Actimel about a year ago and have been using on a daily basis ever since.
